Susan is a highly experienced consultant and facilitator who specializes in helping organizations assess and improve sales, sales management, service, and negotiating skills. Linda has over 15 years of sales experience in the manufacturing and service sectors as a multi-million dollar producer. She was a top performer making it into her company’s Achievement Club. After this success she was ready for a bigger challenge – to start her own business teaching other sales people and managers what made her such a success.
Linda’s continued success with her own business is a result of three things: 1) extreme customer focus, 2) creative, customized solutions that specifically address her clients’ needs, and 3) staying accountable to clients for the results they need for their businesses to thrive.
Linda has a BCom from the University of British Columbia, is a Certified Sales Professional, and will have her Certified Professional Co-Active Coaching (CPCC) designation soon. In her “spare” time Linda is an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Business at Sheridan College.
