What You Get
I will be your Outsourced Sales Manager and will work with you on the following:
- Create your company sales plan
- Develop your proprietary Sales Process
- Clarify your go-to-market strategy
- Revise and refine your positioning/value proposition
- Review and make recommendations on all print and web marketing materials
- Consult on specific sales techniques
- Identify your Ideal Client targets
- Build your referral program
- Teach you how to get referrals
- Establish referral goals, metrics, and accountabilities
- Provide sales training for you and your team and build referral-selling skills
- Prepare account plans and rehearse client calls
- Joint call with you and others in your company
- Differentiate your company from your competition
- Consult on tracking leads, referrals, and opportunities in your CRM
- Recommend, design, and implement a social media strategy
- Make recommendations to other professionals, as needed
How It Works
- Schedule two consecutive days per quarter for in-person meetings at your location. If you are within a 50-mile radius of San Francisco, the days do not need to be consecutive.
- You’ll receive all No More Cold Calling training materials, CDs, videos, and books.
- Bi-weekly 30-60 minute phone calls or webinars to review goals and stay on track for the two week period.
- Unlimited email and phone access
Two Private Client Options
- Contract with me for a monthly retainer of $7,000 a month for 12 months. ($84,000 a year: Probably a lot less expensive than hiring a new salesperson or full-time sales manager.)
- Contract with me for a monthly retainer of $8,500 a month for six months. (That’s $51,000 and the same logic applies as in option #1.)

The Fine Print
- Private Clients sign a Consulting Agreement with No More Cold Calling and are responsible for scheduling all personal visits and bi-weekly calls. Private clients must make changes to bi-weekly calls no later than 48 hours prior. There is no re-scheduling for cancellations made within 48 hours.
- Travel, food, and lodging are additional
- Joanne Black serves as an Independent Contractor
- The Private Client program is only available within the United States at this time.
